Assalamualaikum,

I almost forgot to update my blog. Actually I made a schedule to update my blog at least once a week. But this week really full of stress, cause I can’t think clearly to finish my thesis, huhu. But I keep tryin, wish me luck Guys!

Right now, I wanna share something very usefull for you guys, especially for people who trying to finish their thesis or science article. Review: ColdPress (Detox and Daily routine)

Assalamualaikum,

It’s been a tiring weeks for me. A lot of event in this week. Actually just one event but the preparation until the D-Day makes me tired and little bit stress. And right now, I’m a last term student of Department of Psychology, that’s mean I have to finish my skripsweet immediately.

Sometimes, not, almost everytime and everyday I forgot to eat my breakfast or eat fruits and drink water. Worse of all, I barely eat veggie because I don’t like it. My body feel so heavy and I’m easy feel tired. The worst of all my bodyweight gain uncontrollably.

Tapiii...

Beberapa hari yang lalu aku cari-cari cara diet sehat supaya aku bisa detox tubuh aku dan sekalian nurunin berat badan aku. Pas aku cari-cari cara paling ampuh buat detox tubuh, ya makan buah dan sayur. SAYUR. Masalahnya muncul ketika aku harus makan sayur padahal aku gak suka sayur sama sekali. Eh tapi emang jodoh harus detox kali ya, aku ketemu cara diet dengan konsumsi buah dan sayur tapi dengan cara yang lebih praktis dan pastinya enak, gak nyiksa tubuh.

Hello blog dan Hello 2016, long time no see...

Lama banget kayaknya engga update blog lagi. Semester lalu lebih tepatnya tahun lalu kayaknya sibuk banget mengurus apa yang harus di urus, ~~skripsi~~. Walaupun tetap aja mulai ngerjain skripsinya semester ini, tapi gpp yang penting usaha!

Sebenarnya alasan agak menyampingkan urusan skripsi adalah karena harus banget ngurusin persiapan KKN (Kuliah Kerja Nyata). Yap, mata kuliah wajib bagi Mahasiswa UNS sejak 2011 yang berbobot 2 sks tapi pelaksanaannya 24/7, kayak restoran cepat saji Mekdi, selama 45 hari. Persiapan sebelum KKN itu harus banget survei tempat KKN, bikin proposal, dan program kerja. Nah kebetulan aku KKN di Wonogiri, Jawa Tengah.
