It’s been a tiring
weeks for me. A lot of event in this week. Actually just one event but the
preparation until the D-Day makes me tired and little bit stress. And right
now, I’m a last term student of Department of Psychology, that’s mean I have to
finish my skripsweet immediately.
Sometimes, not, almost
everytime and everyday I forgot to eat my breakfast or eat fruits and drink
water. Worse of all, I barely eat veggie because I don’t like it. My body feel
so heavy and I’m easy feel tired. The worst of all my bodyweight gain
uncontrollably.

Beberapa hari yang lalu
aku cari-cari cara diet sehat supaya aku bisa detox tubuh aku dan sekalian
nurunin berat badan aku. Pas aku cari-cari cara paling ampuh buat detox tubuh,
ya makan buah dan sayur. SAYUR. Masalahnya muncul ketika aku harus makan sayur
padahal aku gak suka sayur sama sekali. Eh tapi emang jodoh harus detox kali
ya, aku ketemu cara diet dengan konsumsi buah dan sayur tapi dengan cara yang
lebih praktis dan pastinya enak, gak nyiksa tubuh.
